Abu Dhabi University Holding Company (ADUHC) was created to provide a platform for the establishment of a portfolio of organizations across the higher education, vocational and corporate training sectors.

ADU was established in 2003 operating in 4 campuses in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and Al Dhafra Region. ADU currently serves more than 7,300 students offering a range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees based upon the American model of higher education.  

  Knowledge Group is a regional leader, with extensive experience supporting and reinforcing the operational capabilities of the Middle East and North Africa region’s workforce and its private and public organisations.  

Founded in 1985, Khawarizmi International College LLC (“KIC”) is the first private institution in the UAE to be accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. ADUHC acquired a 51.0% stake in KIC in 2014.

    The Khawarizmi Training Solutions (KTS) is a leading provider of training, short courses, and professional development programs designed for individuals and corporate groups in the UAE.
